In a remarkable display of community spirit and environmental stewardship, twelve dedicated employees from the Manchester depot of Fanatics came together for a day of volunteer work as part of Fanatics Global Volunteer Day. The team focused their efforts on the Stakehill Industrial Estate, spending the day clearing rubbish.

The impact of their efforts was immediately visible. By the end of the day, the volunteers had filled numerous bags with rubbish, significantly improving the appearance and cleanliness of the industrial estate. Their hard work not only enhanced the environment but also contributed to the overall wellbeing and morale of those who work and visit Stakehill Industrial Estate.

Alan Johnson, the BID (Business Improvement District) Manager, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Fanatics team for their selfless contribution. “We are incredibly grateful to the Fanatics volunteers for their dedication and hard work. Their efforts have made a significant difference to our community. It’s initiatives like these that highlight the power of coming together to create a cleaner, safer, and more pleasant environment for everyone. Thank you for your commitment and for setting such a positive example for others to follow.”

The Manchester depot’s participation in Fanatics Global Volunteer Day underscores the company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and community engagement. By taking part in this global initiative, Fanatics employees around the world are encouraged to step away from their daily routines and give back to their local communities through various acts of service.
