In a bid to revitalise the appearance of Stakehill Industrial Estate, the Business Improvement District (BID) has spearheaded a project to enhance the cleanliness and aesthetics of the area. The initiative, funded by the BID, has seen the professional jet washing of signage and bins across the estate, with Exterius appointed to carry out the essential work.

The Stakehill Industrial Estate, a hub of economic activity and business ventures, has long been a key contributor to the local economy. However, with time and heavy usage, the estate’s external features had begun to show signs of wear and grime. Recognizing the importance of maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, the BID took action to address these issues.

Exterius, a reputable provider of exterior cleaning services, was tasked with the responsibility of restoring the estate’s visual appeal. Their team of experts meticulously cleaned and washed the signage and bins, removing accumulated dirt, pollutants, and weather-related stains. The result has been a noticeable improvement in the overall appearance of Stakehill Industrial Estate.

The jet washing project not only serves an aesthetic purpose but also contributes to the preservation of the estate’s infrastructure. By regularly cleaning and maintaining external features like signage and bins, the BID aims to prolong their lifespan and enhance the estate’s overall appeal to visitors, employees, and businesses alike.

Speaking on behalf of the BID, Alan Johnson, emphasised the significance of such initiatives in fostering a positive business environment. “We are committed to supporting our local businesses and ensuring that Stakehill Industrial Estate remains an attractive destination for commerce,” he stated. “Projects like this demonstrate our ongoing dedication to enhancing the area’s visual appeal and functionality.”
